Role Description
- The Mobile App Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high quality mobile applications that deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive user experiences across iOS, Android, or cross platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications based on business and technical requirements
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and engaging user interfaces
- Implement features for seamless functionality across mobile devices and OS
- Ensure code quality by following best practices and platform guidelines
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, manage data storage, implement authentication
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot issues, debug defects, monitor health, deliver updates
- Participate in SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, QA, DevOps
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, automated testing, CI/CD
- Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and frameworks
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mobile app development, OOP, architecture, design patterns, SDLC
- Proficiency in native Android/iOS or cross platform frameworks, mobile SDKs, RESTful APIs, databases, version control
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, testing frameworks, CI/CD, containerization, DevOps
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX, responsive design, security, authentication, push notifications, offline sync, performance optimization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
