Role Description
- The Mobile App Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high quality mobile applications across iOS, Android, or cross platform environments.
- This role works closely with cross functional teams to build innovative mobile solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications based on business and technical requirements
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and engaging user interfaces
- Implement features that provide seamless functionality across mobile devices and operating systems
- Ensure code quality by following software engineering best practices and coding standards
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, manage data storage, implement authentication and authorization
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, and monitor application health
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, automated testing, and CI/CD implementation
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mobile application development, software engineering principles, and SDLC
- Proficiency in native Android and/or iOS development or cross platform frameworks
- Experience with RESTful API integration, databases, version control, and modern development tools
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, application security, and performance optimization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
