The Opportunity
Lead people, vehicles, and daily operations supporting Guardteck’s mobile security services.
Manage mobile and static sites while overseeing frontline teams, fleet, devices, and equipment.
Report to the VP of Operations and balance client service, employee leadership, scheduling, and operational support.
Location and Schedule
- Based in Burnaby, British Columbia, with regular travel to client sites.
- Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours operational support.
Operations and Client Service
- Oversee daily security operations across mobile and static sites.
- Review reports, investigate incidents, conduct audits, and address performance or service concerns.
- Coordinate staffing, vehicles, equipment, and site requirements for new contract launches.
- Keep clients and leadership informed about significant incidents, staffing changes, and site developments.
Team Leadership and Scheduling
- Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop guards, site supervisors, and mobile supervisors.
