The MLR Content Library Specialist sits within the Marketing Operations / MarTech function and plays a critical role in enabling compliant, scalable content operations. This team is driving the transformation of content review and approval processes through platforms such as Aprimo, integrated with DAM, CRM, and project management tools. The team's mission is to improve speed-to-market while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and content quality. The role works closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), Brand, Creative, Digital, MarTech, and IT teams across global and regional markets.

This is a hybrid role combining content governance, data stewardship, and platform operations.
Claims & Content Library Management
Own and manage the centralized claims and messaging library, ensuring all claims are validated, tagged, and traceable to approved references.
Maintain one-to-many relationships between claims and variations to ensure consistency across assets.
