Mixing & Blending Operator

Accurately complete production documentation and quality control checks.

Monitor product quality and promptly report any discrepancies or concerns.

Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner while following all operating procedures.

Material Handling

Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Load and unload trucks and process incoming and outgoing shipments.

Receive, store, and move products within the facility.

Stack, move, and handle bags weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) on a regular basis.

Teamwork & Reliability

Arrive on time and maintain a dependable attendance record.

Work effectively with minimal supervision once training has been completed.

Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with other duties during slower operational periods.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers when required.

On-Call Responsibilities

• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Once fully trained, employees will be required to be available for 24-hour emergency call-outs for seven (7) consecutive days every three (3) weeks on a rotating schedule.

Ability to work safely in an industrial chemical environment.

Ability to lift and stack 25 kg (55 lb) bags repeatedly.

Forklift operating experience.

Shipping and receiving experience.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions throughout the year.

Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to support emergency and on-call requirements.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Assets

Previous experience in chemical handling, blending, or manufacturing operations.

Knowledge of warehouse, shipping, and inventory processes.
