Role Overview
Create window displays and store interiors across an assigned geographic area based on Miu Miu creative input and brand guidelines.
Ensure Headquarters visual merchandising guidelines are implemented by Visual Designers across affiliates, markets, and stores in the area.
The role supports customer traffic and sales while respecting the Miu Miu brand image and products.
Responsibilities
- Develop window display and store interior design proposals adapted to each store's type and merchandising requirements.
- Perform periodic store displays according to the Retail Management schedule and local market conditions.
- Use sales trends, customer target audiences, market characteristics, and competitor activity when planning displays.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising on appropriate outfits based on customer, seasonal, market, and stock considerations.
- Review photographs from local Visual Teams to monitor display accuracy and appropriateness.
- Guide Store Managers and In-Store Visualists on display maintenance and daily interventions.
- Set up seasonal showroom displays following Collection Merchandiser instructions.
- Coordinate with Communications and PR on in-store events and press presentations.
- Share store and display-item issues with Store Managers and submit critical matters to Operations.
