- Solarvie GmbH is a growing Austrian wholesaler for photovoltaic components.
- We deliver high quality solar modules, inverters, battery storage, and complete PV solutions to installers, resellers, and project developers.
- With our new location in Dubai, we are growing internationally and seeking a dedicated person to strengthen our customer support team.
Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden per Telefon, E Mail und Chat
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen rund um unsere Produkte im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
- Koordination mit internen Teams (Vertrieb, Logistik, Technik) zur schnellen Lösung von Kundenanliegen
- Pflege und Dokumentation im CRM System
Das bringst du mit
- Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse oder Interesse im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
- Deutsch als Muttersprache (Voraussetzung)
- Serviceorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
