About the Role

  • CSS helps people lead healthy lives; we are a diverse group of ambitious individuals.
  • We are looking for a customer service representative for our location in Sarnen.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Processing customer inquiries is a main task.
  • Advise customers in person, by phone, or email in very good German, optionally in another language.
  • Work closely with colleagues on lead generation and appointment scheduling.
  • Proactively assist with sales related and administrative tasks.

What You Bring

  • Open and positive attitude towards people.
  • Completed vocational training in KV, retail, or other field.
  • Ideally experience in health insurance and VBV certificate; we support you if not.
  • Good listening skills and a desire to help others.
