About the Role

- We are looking for a customer service representative for our location in Sarnen.
Your Daily Tasks
- Processing customer inquiries is a main task.
- Advise customers in person, by phone, or email in very good German, optionally in another language.
- Work closely with colleagues on lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- Proactively assist with sales related and administrative tasks.
What You Bring
- Open and positive attitude towards people.
- Completed vocational training in KV, retail, or other field.
- Ideally experience in health insurance and VBV certificate; we support you if not.
- Good listening skills and a desire to help others.
