Summary

  • Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Tucson Sector, Three Points Station, located in Tucson, AZ.
  • This position starts at a salary of $62,893.00 (GS 09, Step 1) to $98,928.00 (GS 11, Step 10) with promotion potential to $98,928.00 (GS 11 Step 10).

Duties

  • Conducting records management for various activities, performing audits, and extracting reports.
  • Preparing briefings and reports for management to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommending future operational needs.
  • Developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives for program implementation, and developing criteria for evaluating effectiveness of current and proposed processes.
  • Coordinating inter related issues involving personnel management and administrative circumstances and/or situations.
  • Formulating, presenting, monitoring, advising, and reporting on the division and sector's workforce management programs, planning, and performance planning operations.

  • Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years.
