Responsibilities
- Update accounts payable and accounts receivable status daily.
- Compile daily management reports.
- Calculate outstanding, debtor, and creditor days.
- Track expenses and budgets and report savings.
- Bring deviations to the attention of the concerned heads.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of current tools for business analytics, data presentation, and business intelligence.
- Communicates effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate degree in Business Administration with 0–2 years of experience.
