Responsibilities
- Provide technical office and production coordination for ongoing construction sites in Dubai
- Resolve complex architectural details and create cutting lists for production
- Manage progress payment processes on site
- Model stone pieces in 3ds Max and Rhino for technical and production purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marble/natural stone sector and construction/production processes
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; professional level in Revit, BIM, and Microsoft Office
- Effective use of 3ds Max and Rhino for technical modeling of stone pieces (not for visual presentation)
- Experience in technical drawing, shop drawing creation, and progress payment file preparation
- Ability to perform quantity take offs and produce production/cutting lists from architectural projects
- Good English (B2) to manage documentation and communication for international projects
