You'll Do
Be a key player in a company-wide continuous improvement effort
Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and perform maintenance work on machinery
Undertake preventative and predictive maintenance program for equipment
Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to assemble equipment
Utilize knowledge and skills to recognize opportunities for improvements and savings
You have
A valid Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) certification
Heavy industry experience
Commitment to working safely and creating a safe work place
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with little supervision
A valid drivers license
Compensation Package
- The hourly pay rate for this position will follow the collective agreement between Unifor 1115 and Cariboo Pulp & Paper Company, which is currently $48.66/hour
- Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays.

- Located in Quesnel, BC, Cariboo Pulp Ltd. is a forerunning producer of NBSK pulp as well as clean, green energy.
