Mill Production Operator

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Mill Operator to join our team at our Lara site.

In this hands-on role you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce quality products and help keep our production running safely and efficiently.

Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
