Military Construction Program Management Facilities Professional

Experience assisting with Congressional e nga gements or formal federal review processes

Experience with MCO 11000.5

Knowledge of ETMS2 workflows or MILCON‑specific program documentation

Ability to manage multi‑phase project reporting and construct analytic summaries for senior leaders

Master’s degree in engineering, real estate, public policy , finance, or a related field

PMP, CFM, or relevant facilities or acquisition certification s
