The Customer & Product Data Migration team within Project Sparrow is looking for Migration Approach & Control Tower Support based out of London or Milton Keynes .

The Customer & Product Data Migration team is responsible for the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms, including defining and executing the end-to-end migration strategy.
As Migration Approach and Control Tower Support, you’ll work closely with the Migration Approach and Control Tower Leads with the development and control of the migration strategy.

Support the Migration Approach Lead with the development and control of the migration strategy

Provide disciplined coordination during dress rehearsals and live migration event
Maintain accurate artefacts, inputs, decisions, runbook status and escalation information
Support with the Control Tower setup including the org structure, forums, roles and responsibilities, including for collaboration and connectivity across involved Programme workstreams.
