Position Summary
Support end-to-end transaction management activities across global financial markets.
Manage trade confirmation, settlement processing, static data maintenance, exception management, and client servicing.
Work with brokers, custodians, investment managers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to mitigate settlement risk and support client outcomes.
Trade Settlement Management
- Manage the complete settlement lifecycle for securities and cash transactions.
- Monitor settlement queues and release trade instructions on time.
- Investigate and resolve unmatched and failed trades with relevant counterparties and internal teams.
- Review settlement exceptions, process amendments and SSI updates, and escalate high-risk or aged issues.
- Monitor market-specific settlement requirements and support force settlement, pre-advice, and cash management activities where applicable.
Trade Confirmation and Matching
- Perform daily confirmation and matching through electronic matching platforms and manual processes.
- Investigate confirmation breaks and discrepancies with brokers and trading desks.
