Equifind represents a Dubai-based fintech start-up operating in the institutional brokerage sector.
The company is hiring a Senior Middle Office Analyst to support trade operations and broader operational growth.
The position may start immediately or with a very short notice period.
Core responsibilities
- Assist in leading global operations across client services, treasury, back-office operations, OTC trading, and white-label implementations.
- Establish, document, and enforce standard operating procedures across all entities.
- Oversee reconciliation, settlements, trade lifecycle processes, and daily operational performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Technology to improve processes and service delivery.
- Support strategic and product development, regulatory oversight, risk management, and client and stakeholder management.
- Support the team with trade operations from start to finish, with additional operations responsibilities introduced over time.
Application criteria
- Extensive operations experience is required.
- Experience in FX, cryptocurrency, or multi-asset brokerage is ideal, while broader financial services experience is accepted.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills are required.
- Candidates should be organized, efficient, communicative, and team-oriented.
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and identify process improvements.
- Candidates must currently reside in Dubai or already be based in the UAE.
