The role is for a Mid-Level Software Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience.

The engineer will build scalable applications and multi-tenant analytics services processing millions of customer experience data points daily.

Design, build, and ship backend and frontend features used by enterprise customers.
Own features and services from technical design through production release.
Contribute to architecture discussions, engineering standards, code reviews, and engineering quality.
Work with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver stable and maintainable solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with engineers and contribute to continuous product improvement.

3–5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in .NET and C# with backend development experience.
Experience with at least one modern frontend framework; Vue.js is preferred, while React or Angular are acceptable.
