Role Overview

Hybrid Work Environment

• Qualified candidates must live near a listed hub and work some time from home and some time in the office.
• Hub locations are Bloomington, Illinois; Richardson, Texas; Tempe, Arizona; and Dunwoody, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance customer-facing claims applications.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders on product-led improvements.
• Own features end-to-end from frontend through backend and production support.
• Design and build applications using adopted languages and frameworks.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across the stack.
• Apply engineering practices covering components, services, routing, state management, version control, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Apply product design, data design, data movement, and testing knowledge to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support and help define product vision and direction.
• Design and develop for exceptional user experience.
• Use inner-source practices to encourage code discoverability and collaboration.
