Role overview
Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions is seeking a Mid Level Software Engineer to support its Revolution cloud-based platform and other business-critical applications.
The role works within an Agile development team supporting systems used by more than 1,400 advisers across the UK.
The working pattern is hybrid, with three days office-based and two days working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain features across the Revolution platform and internal applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clean, efficient, maintainable code.
- Participate in technical design discussions and help deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, support teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards, security, and best practices.
- Investigate defects, application issues, technical challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create technical documentation and support colleagues and users where required.
