About the Role
JND Inc. seeks a Recruiter for full cycle recruiting supporting mid to senior-level requisitions across Samsung Electronics America business units. You will partner with hiring managers, source passive talent, and drive diversity recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities
- Execute full cycle recruiting against strategic mid to senior level requisitions within Samsung Electronics America business units
- Interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates, behavior based interview, and assessment techniques
- Present pre screened candidates to management utilizing a consistent process; escalate sourcing challenges as appropriate
- Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations; actively champion diversity recruitment strategies
- Consult with Hiring Manager, HRBP, and key stakeholders to create competitive offers utilizing tools, benefits, and compensation data
- Move candidates through recruitment steps and statuses in Workday; resolve routine concerns or escalate complex recruitment issues
- Develop action plans for aging requisitions and keep management informed of progress in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Function Leaders, HR Business Partners, and other support teams to achieve alignment and shared vision of success
- Drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across business units to facilitate talent acquisition productivity
- Partner closely with internal teams Recruiting Operations, Legal, Total Rewards to ensure proper risk management and compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Recruiting experience (Required)
- Highly proficient at finding hard to find talent through LinkedIn and attracting passive talent (Required)
- Experience with recruiting tools including ATS, CRM, Referrals, etc. (Required)
- Proven experience partnering with internal stakeholders to support their hiring needs (Required)
- Advanced problem solving skills and in depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function (Required)
- Proven track record of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries, building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders (Required)
