Position Overview

  • Job Title: Recruiter Full Cycle Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree

  • Job Type: Full Time, Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute full cycle recruiting against strategic mid to senior level requisitions within Samsung Electronics America business units.
  • Interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates, behavior based interview, and assessment techniques.
  • Present pre screened candidates to management utilizing a consistent process; escalate sourcing challenges as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations; actively champion diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Consult with Hiring Manager, HRBP, and key stakeholders to create competitive offers utilizing tools, benefits, and compensation data.
  • Move candidates through recruitment steps and statuses in Workday; resolve routine concerns or escalate complex recruitment issues.
  • Develop action plans for aging requisitions and keep management informed of progress in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Function Leaders, HR Business Partners, and other support teams to achieve alignment and shared vision of success.
  • Drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across business units to facilitate talent acquisition productivity.
  • Partner closely with internal teams Recruiting Operations, Legal, Total Rewards to ensure proper risk management and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant Recruiting experience (Required).
  • Highly proficient at finding hard to find talent through LinkedIn and attracting passive talent (Required).
  • Experience with recruiting tools including ATS, CRM, Referrals, etc. (Required).
  • Proven experience partnering with internal stakeholders to support their hiring needs (Required).
  • Advanced problem solving skills and in depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function (Required).
  • Proven track record of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries, building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders (Required).
  • Experience working with Workday (Preferred).
