Rincon Research Corporation (RRC), an employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst to work in a multi-disciplinary R&D environment with similarly motivated electrical engineers, mathematicians, computer scientists, and analysts who are collectively responsible for creating custom digital signal processing solutions and leveraging them to make an operational mission impact.

What are the primary responsibilities in the Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst position?

Core responsibilities include working with engineers to conduct holistic, deep signals and protocol analysis of various Signals of Interest. Fuse data from national intelligence databases, sources, methodologies, and analytical tradecraft products to develop analysis that supports capability development efforts. Participate as a member of development teams by offering intelligence operator perspective; provide feedback on CONOPs and tool development. The ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start is a must.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Current TS/SCI Clearance

Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field

Minimum 10 years of experience in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, or related technical analysis field

Proven ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of complex signal data

Experience with signal protocol analysis

Proficiency in analyzing various communication protocols (radio, digital, network)
