About the Role
The Bowery Company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid FF&E Designer & Project Lead to manage interior design projects from concept to handover in Dubai. You will handle client engagement, FF&E selection, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Attend initial client meetings to understand requirements, project brief, timelines, budget, and expectations
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections, and design proposals
- Select furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork, fabrics, finishes, and decorative elements
- Collaborate with Estimation and Commercial Departments to prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, BOQs, and pricing documentation
- Participate in regular project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits during implementation, installation, and fit out stages
- Coordinate furniture placement, styling, snagging, and final presentation readiness
- Work closely with Sales teams during pre sales stages for pitches, proposals, and client presentations
- Coordinate with Procurement for sourcing, supplier follow up, and lead times
- Liaise with Logistics for delivery schedules and installation planning
- Support Project Managers in tracking milestones, approvals, and project progress
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget and agreed timelines

Key Responsibilities
- Attend initial client meetings alongside the sales/project team to understand client requirements, project brief, timelines, budget, and expectations.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and translate client vision into practical design solutions.
- Provide professional design advice, mood directions, space planning ideas, and FF&E recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted design advisor throughout the project.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections, and design proposals.
- Develop creative interior concepts aligned with brand identity, functionality, and budget.
- Produce layout plans, 2D drawings, 3D visuals, renders, and presentation materials where required.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining project objectives.
- Select furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork, fabrics, finishes, and decorative elements.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimation and Commercial Departments in the preparation of detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, BOQs, pricing documentation, and product submissions.
- Ensure selections meet technical, aesthetic, budgetary, and lead time requirements by coordinating with Estimators.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team for pricing, alternatives, samples, and approvals.
