Microsoft Viva Amplify & Communication Engineer

Design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint Communication Sites .

Configure and manage SharePoint News , news publishing, audience targeting, and content lifecycle.

Develop communication portals and intranet experiences aligned with business and branding requirements.

Ensure accessibility, governance, and performance best practices are followed.

Build custom Viva Connections Dashboard Cards using:

SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

Adaptive Card Extensions (ACE)

Card Views

Quick Views

Develop reusable SPFx components for communication and employee engagement scenarios.

Integrate Viva and SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Graph where required.

Partner with Internal Communications, HR, Digital Workplace, and IT teams to understand communication requirements.

Provide recommendations for improving employee engagement using Microsoft Viva technologies.

Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and user adoption sessions.

Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Implement governance and best practices for Microsoft Viva and SharePoint communication platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Viva, SharePoint Online, and SPFx solutions.

Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 roadmap, Viva enhancements, and emerging collaboration technologies.
