Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level **Microsoft Sales Specialist** to drive sales of Microsoft’s full product stack **(Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot & Copilot Studio and other related solutions)** in Qatar.

The specialist will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong grasp of Microsoft enterprise solutions and the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive new business development and build a strong sales pipeline across Microsoft solutions.

· Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored presentations and demos.

· Recommend end-to-end Microsoft solutions with clear business value and ROI.

· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

· Maintain key customer relationships and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal technical and partner teams.

· Stay updated on Microsoft products, licensing, and market trends.

· Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

· 3–5 years in B2B technology sales, preferably Microsoft solutions.

· Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud, productivity, and business applications including Co Pilot and AI related solutions.

· Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.

· Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.

· Knowledge on various Microsoft Licensing options

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of Qatar/GCC market and enterprise sectors.

· Arabic language skills (advantageous).

· Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
