Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with security and governance standards
- Design and develop enterprise grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven)
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solution designs and documentation
- Configure environment strategy, ALM pipelines, and security roles using best practices for governance and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments and provide Level 2/3 support post deployment
- Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap and local market needs to continually innovate client offerings
Requirements
- 3+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CRM)
- Strong C# and .NET development experience
- Experience building Dynamics plugins, integrations, custom workflows, and extensions
- Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using REST APIs and Azure services
- Familiarity with Dataverse architecture and governance
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of ALM, CI/CD pipelines and environment management
- Awareness of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot and AI powered automation opportunities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with remote/global teams
- Structured and analytical approach to problem solving
- Self motivated, proactive, and eager to stay updated with new technologies
