Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator for enterprise ERP/CRM infrastructure administration in the UAE.
The role focuses on administration, maintenance, and performance optimization of Microsoft Dynamics environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and CRM infrastructure, Service Fabric clusters, and Lifecycle Services environments.
- Administer MS SQL Server databases, including backup, recovery, replication, and performance tuning.
- Manage deployments, application upgrades, SSIS integrations, and API integration points.
- Build monitoring tools and manage batch jobs, security roles, and operational workflows.
- Resolve infrastructure issues and coordinate vendor and Microsoft technical escalations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of enterprise database and system administration experience.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and CRM administration.
- Expert experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later administration and performance tuning.
- Experience with Windows Server 2016 or later and Microsoft Azure administration.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
