Position Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to support a major contact center modernization initiative , including the migration from Genesys to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform .
This is a hands-on senior role combining solution architecture, development, integration, troubleshooting, and technical leadership .
The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations, multiple call centers , and designing scalable customer service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development of Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Support the Genesys-to-Microsoft contact center migration , including requirements, fit-gap analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design solutions for multiple call centers, queues, agents, customer interactions, and business units .
- Determine when to use standard Dynamics 365 capabilities versus customization or integration.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and client-side customizations.
