The role supports a Dynamics 365-based project with custom pages for inquiry, order management, claim management, and field service operations.

Own the technical solution and provide technical direction to the development team.
Serve as the primary technical contact for project-level technical discussions.
Align technical decisions with business requirements, architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Mentor developers and improve team technical capability.
Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and guidance.
Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.

Require 7 to 10 years of software development experience.
Require hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React, Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise application integration.
Require experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
Require knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, plugins, Power Pages, Power Automate, security, integrations, and solution management.
