Role Overview
Bootminds System is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Full Stack .NET Developer for an enterprise project in Bengaluru.
The project includes custom inquiry, order management, claim management, and field service pages for dealers, sales companies, ASC users, and Sony administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical solution and provide technical direction to the development team.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for project-level technical discussions.
- Align technical decisions with business requirements, architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Mentor developers and improve team technical capability.
- Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and team guidance.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
Technical Requirements
- Seven to ten years of software development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React, Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise application integration.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, plugins, Power Pages, Power Automate, security, integrations, and solution management.
