The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Architect solutions across D365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SDK, and Web API.
• Implement scalable Azure and Power Platform integrations and oversee architecture, testing, troubleshooting, performance, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, engage stakeholders, and participate in Agile planning and governance.
• Manage resources and personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, and evaluate performance as needed.
• Develop AI Copilots and agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, workflows, Dataverse, and APIs.
