Overview
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in forklifts and material handling equipment, Reach Truck, Counter Pallet, Crown & VNA Machine
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Conduct thorough inspections of forklifts to identify potential problems and safety concerns
- Repair and replace damaged or worn components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems
- Inspect and repair forklift attachments and accessories, ensuring proper functionality
- Perform electrical and electronic diagnostics and repairs on forklift control systems
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and effective solutions for complex forklift issues
- Keep abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in forklift maintenance and repair
