- Execute annual marketing plan to budget in consultation with GM and other leaders
- Partner with Operations, F&B, and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns
- Manage social media engagement and update content on local digital channels
- Develop and execute PR plans, write press releases, and manage media relations
- Coordinate and execute hotel and F&B printed materials and signage
- Assist in the development and execution of all communications activities with emphasis on F&B promotions

Job Summary
- The Marketing and Communications Manager creates and executes property level communications to customers.
- Promotes on brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels.
- Helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference.
Core Work Activities
- Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with GM, F&B leader, Operations leaders, Director of Marketing Communications, and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams.
- Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns targeting in house guests.
- Acts as liaison between marketing department and advertising agency on tactical advertising campaigns.
- Manages F&B media schedules and verifies prompt settlement of accounts.
- Partners with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading and advertisement targeting.
- Executes email marketing and display advertising.
- Maintains frequent engagement with Cluster eCommerce manager.
- Verifies all advertising in digital channels aligns with brand voice.
- Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels.
- Develops and executes promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through digital and social media.
- Engages in proactive online reputation management.
- Develops comprehensive PR plan per quarter and executes post sign off from GM.
