Job Summary

Job Requirements

• 12+years of overall experience with 5+ years’ experience managing complex project management, preferably for large scale finance transformations Oracle Financials Cloud ERP experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Cash Management. Extensive experience in planning and executing on transformation programs for P2P (Procure to Pay) and/or R2R (Record to Report) Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery Creates and Maintains Integrated Project Plan: Develops, and continually updates, detailed program management plans. Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Supports Stakeholder Management: Works with technology and business owners to analyse stakeholder expectations for projects based upon approved project requirements. Project and/or program management certification PMP, SCRUM, etc.) preferred. Successfully managed complex programs with technology components. Deep understanding of financial processes within a SOX controlled environment Ability to build strong relationships across the business to enable change Must be able to troubleshoot, resolve and communicate solutions for system issues to business stakeholder
