Collaboration and Governance

• Collaborate with data management and medical writing to facilitate processes and identify process changes.
• Support bid defenses, kick-off meetings, requests for information, requests for pricing, and budgets.
• Participate in internal and external audits and inspections and ensure staff readiness.
• Support governance, research, teaching, presentations, manuscripts, and Data and Safety Monitoring Committee activities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics or a related field, with the applicable relevant experience.
• Relevant experience including at least one year in a leadership capacity is required.
• Knowledge of management approaches such as scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution is required.
• Familiarity with complex statistical methods for Phase I-IV clinical trials is required.
• Strong working knowledge of SAS and excellent knowledge of CDISC guidelines are required.

Workplace

• The role is hybrid, splitting time between home and the office.
