Metal Utility

Rustica is currently hiring a Metals Utility who will join our powder coat team to offer extra help when and where needed.

The position's primary responsibility will be to hang parts in preparation for powder coat.

The Metals Utility will work in a fast-paced environment which requires a strong commitment to listening and following instructions and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.

· Assist with the set up and operation of the powder coating process

· Rack and hang parts prior to the powder coating process

· Unrack and unhang parts after the powder coating process is complete

· Other responsibilities as assigned

· Prior metal shop experience

· Able to lift and carry up to 75lbs

· Must have good mobility and be willing to work in a warm shop

· Ability to safely handle sharp objects and work around moving equipment

· Come to work on time and be willing to learn new tasks
