About the Role
Skin Cake is looking for a Meta Specialist & Content Strategist to manage paid social campaigns and organic content strategy for its skincare brand. The role includes planning and optimizing Meta ads, managing ad spend, and owning the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a focus on driving sales.
- Own the full funnel strategy from cold audience acquisition to purchase conversion and repeat buyer retargeting.
- Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Write ad copy and brief creative assets aligned to campaign goals.
- Optimise campaigns daily testing creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
- Manage ad spend to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
- Report on performance weekly and monthly with clear insights.
- Own the organic content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Manage a content calendar aligned to launches and brand moments.
- Brief the content team and ensure output is on brand.
- Write captions and short form copy in Skin Cake's tone.
- Track organic performance and iterate based on data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on Meta Ads Manager experience with proven, measurable results.
- Experience in the beauty or personal care industry.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
- Proven track record driving sales and hitting ROAS/CPA targets.
- Strong understanding of Meta pixel, conversion events, and attribution.
- Experience with content strategy and social media management.
- Data driven and highly organized.
- UAE market experience is a plus.

Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands on Meta Ads Manager experience with proven, measurable results.
- Experience in the beauty or personal care industry — you understand the customer and the market (Preferably in the Gulf Region).
- Deep understanding of the Instagram and TikTok algorithms — you know how to create and distribute content that gets seen.
- Proven track record driving sales and hitting ROAS/CPA targets.
- Strong understanding of the Meta pixel, conversion events, and attribution.
- Experience with content strategy and social media management.
- Data driven and highly organised.
- UAE market experience is a plus.
