1. Software Implementation & Integration
Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP, MES, CMMS, Quality, and Inventory systems
Translate manufacturing workflows into software configurations
Integrate machines, weighbridges, scanners, and PLC data with software platforms
Ensure seamless data flow between production, stores, QC, finance, and dispatch
2. Manufacturing Process Digitization
Map current processes (as-is) and design optimized digital workflows (to-be)
Digitize: Production reporting Scrap and yield tracking Furnace / machine logs Maintenance schedules Quality checks and traceability

Eliminate manual registers and Excel-based reporting
3. Data & Analytics
