Role overview
Deliver IT projects and services for business applications in the manufacturing, quality, and operations technology domain.
Support Manufacturing Execution Systems, with a special focus on Körber PAS-X.
Key responsibilities
- Manage service requests, change management, disaster recovery, lifecycle, incident, and problem-management processes.
- Manage external suppliers and contractors to support projects and business continuity under service-level agreements.
- Define technical IT solution designs with solution architects and improve process standardization.
- Maintain documentation for projects and service management, including qualification documents and change requests.
- Own compliance activities for designated GxP-relevant systems as Qualification Owner.
Required qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a natural science with strong IT knowledge.
- Have at least five years of relevant delivery-management experience in an industrial IT environment.
- Have hands-on experience with Körber PAS-X and a solid understanding of OT system architecture.
- Have expertise in scripting and querying for automation and reporting.
- Have broad IT infrastructure knowledge covering operating systems, databases, and system hardening.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
