Bosch Group seeks a MES Engineer to configure and drive DELMIA Apriso MES capabilities for shop floor execution, quality, traceability, inventory, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Configure and drive DELMIA Apriso MES capabilities for shop floor execution
- Manage quality control processes including in-process checks, NCR/NC, rework/repair, and sampling plans
- Ensure traceability and genealogy through serial/lot tracking, component genealogy, and pack genealogy
- Manage inventory and warehouse processes including material issue/return, staging, kitting, and consumption/backflush
- Manage maintenance and workforce processes including downtime, PM, skill/certification, and labor reporting
- Create and deliver typical deliverables such as FRS/BRD, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Data Capture Matrix, UI/Wireframe mapping, Test packs, Training material, and Go-live checklist
Requirements
- 4-10 years of MES experience with strong functional exposure to DELMIA Apriso implementations
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Solid understanding of automotive/EV manufacturing
