Job Summary

Location and Workplace

• The posting lists Hyderabad and Noida as locations.
• Work location is in person.

Stipend

• Stipend is ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month based on performance.
• The first two months are unpaid.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior mentors in delivering full-stack development sessions covering frontend and backend development.
• Support learners by resolving doubts and reviewing and evaluating code.
• Guide learners through hands-on projects and core development concepts.
• Contribute to guided projects, assignments, and learning materials.
• Monitor learner progress and provide timely interventions.
• Facilitate discussions, peer reviews, and collaborative coding sessions.
• Stay updated with web development technologies and trends.
• Maintain documentation of learner issues, progress, and mentoring sessions.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any graduate, preferably a 2025 pass-out candidate.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Understanding of Agile methodology, version control, and testing frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
