Job Summary
AliteProjects is looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer / Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack – Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of frontend and backend development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Build user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js .
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js .
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB .
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
