MERN Stack Developer

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive MERN web applications.
• Build reusable and scalable React.js frontend components.
• Develop Node.js and Express.js backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and application security practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Use Git for version control and team collaboration.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or another version-control system.
• Knowledge of JWT and session-based authentication.
• Understanding of database design and query optimization.
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience and Education

• The experience requirement is 0–1 years.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript or familiarity with Next.js is good to have.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is good to have.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is good to have.
• Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is good to have.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is good to have.

Pay

• Pay is ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month.
