About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Manager with 12+ years of experience in large companies, including 5 years in managerial roles. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans, leading due diligence, financial integration, and managing all stages of M&A.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar discipline (MBA preferred)
- 12 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, of which at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Proven track record of managing the development of oil & gas / other industry projects from start to finish
- Experience of coordinating Management Programs, outsourcing courses, developing internal programs
- Hands on expertise in all business development aspects, specifically commercial risk valuation, legal document negotiations, and technical risk aspects
- Established understanding of emerging trends, technologies and key players
- Demonstrated strategic thinking ability with strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Extensive skills in leading teams from a multi cultural background
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Requirements
