- Lead the execution of in-app merchandising directive; ensure key brand and product messages are delivered through compelling, on-brand shopping experiences that align with broader marketing channels (lifecycle, social, and paid media).
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies tailored to distinct customer segments with a focus on navigation, content structure, and feature placement that drive discovery and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with integrated marketing, creative, brand, business analytics, product, support, and sales teams to align on merchandising initiatives and influence decisions through a data-driven, collaborative approach.
- Analyze business performance to identify trends, surface insights, and guide merchandising and pricing optimizations that drive growth and improve user experience.
- Define and track core merchandising and content KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness, inform future decisions, and ensure consistent reporting
- Lead A/B testing strategies to experiment with and refine content, placement, and user journeys; drive continuous performance improvement across the app experience.
- Strong analytical acumen with cross-functional leadership ability; ability to develop respectful influencing strategies to leverage support from cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to focus on and improve customer experience and business performance through in-app placement, segmentation, experimentation, and continuous optimization; ability to demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure all directives and communications are accurate, clear, concise, and consistent with Favor core values
- Process and detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to maintain a clear history of changes and documentation
- Strong understanding of CMS and how they work; knowledge of Braze, Tableau,Contentful or similar tools
