Position overview
Merchandising Execution Associates perform in-store merchandising services that improve customer experience and product presentation.
Associates work in teams with on-site supervision and support multiple store departments.
Merchandising responsibilities
- Read planograms and project instructions, then merchandise products accurately and safely.
- Straighten and clean merchandise, maintain aisles, and keep product accessible to customers.
- Build displays and fixtures with basic hand tools and install signage, brochures, and display materials.
- Complete price changes, label replacement, bay service records, resets, and assigned merchandising projects.
- Use store systems to review merchandising reports and act on findings.
Customer service and other duties
- Answer customer questions and partner with store associates to find products for customer needs.
- Partner with store leadership on damaged or unsellable merchandise and inspect returns for Return to Vendor.
- Follow operating and safety procedures, complete assigned training, and perform other assigned duties.
