The Role
Support product merchandising, assortment execution, visual standards, product launches, promotional activities, inventory coordination, and retail performance analysis.
Translate merchandising strategies into store and online execution while identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
Work with Buying, Planning, Category Management, Retail Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and suppliers.
Merchandising and Analysis
- Support daily merchandising activities and seasonal or annual merchandising plans.
- Coordinate product setup, range changes, launches, and promotions.
- Maintain product, SKU, brand, category, collection, tracker, calendar, report, and database information.
- Analyze sales, units, margin, sell-through, stock availability, and inventory trends.
- Support assortment reviews, SKU rationalization, product lifecycle management, and product exits.
Inventory and Store Execution
- Coordinate product availability, deliveries, launch readiness, replenishment, and stock transfers.
- Monitor stock-outs and inventory imbalances and support allocation and redistribution recommendations.
