Meet some of our associates who’ve experienced our graduate programmes and hear their stories about life at TJX Europe.
One of the reasons the graduate IT programme stood out was because of the immersive nine-week engineer cohort training. This was very insightful as I got to learn new practices like agile methodology and new software for Full-Stack understanding. This was encouraging as it showed TJX really cared about my learning and development.
Curiosity, learning and collaboration are three things which I wholeheartedly believe make this company work so well.
TJX has been a fantastic place to start my career; they really encourage personal development and learning in a supportive environment where I always feel valued.
The culture at TJX is great; everyone is very friendly and I always feel supported during my training. They have given me the opportunity to work on new technologies.
I’ve grown my knowledge and skills considerably within the year I have worked at TJX and I continue to receive incredible support and encouragement from my peers.
