Role Overview
The Merchandiser develops and executes merchandising strategies aligned with brand direction, product objectives, and customer needs.
The role covers product assortments, collections, launches, seasonal activities, product performance, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan product assortments, collections, launches, and seasonal merchandising activities.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with design, buying, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Maintain product information, pricing, assortment details, and merchandising materials across relevant platforms and channels.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Analyze market and competitor trends and improve product positioning.
- Prepare merchandising reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Ensure product presentation reflects brand standards and supports an engaging customer experience.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, product assortment, retail trends, and customer behavior is required.
