- Execute testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems
- Review project drawings, specifications, and commissioning procedures
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
- Conduct functional performance testing, troubleshooting, and system verification
- Prepare commissioning reports, test certificates, checklists, and handover documentation
- Support authority inspections, client demonstrations, and project close out activities
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of MEP testing and commissioning experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and BMS systems
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, CIBSE, and BSRIA standards
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager with a minimum of 10 years of MEP experience in UAE projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing and commissioning activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards.
